Aspirare Recruitment have a Requirement for a Landscape Architect for our client who are an Expanding Landscaping Organisation Based in the Lanarkshire area.
This role will ideally suit a Landscape Architect residing in the Lanarkshire, Glasgow and Surrounding areas.
You will be responsible for the Development and Design of each Internal Greenspace-Type Project. Liaise with on site Contractors, Funding Partners, Clients, Landowners and other organisations and individuals during the Development and Implementation of Physical Projects as well as Ensuring or Arranging all Necessary Approvals and that Land Owner Permissions are in Place prior to letting construction contracts take place. You will be able to Prepare tenders, let and manage contracts including contract drawings, structural calculations, specifications, cost estimates, bills of quantities, Measurements, and risk assessments. Following implementation of a site, obtain or prepare drawings, input data into PRD and GIS records.
You will be an experienced Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI), with commercial experience within a similar role and have the ability to manage Project’s within Time and Budget Limit.
