There's lots of watery activities this day down by our restored branch of the Monklands Canal, including Water-Walkerz, craft activities, pond-dipping and competitions. And admission is free.

And don't forget all Summerlee's regular attractions too..! There's rides on our historic trams, tours down the mine, the miners' cottages and a huge indoors exhibition hall with working machinery, interactive activities, cafe, shop and toilets.

Down by the canal, there's a great all-ages playpark and picnic area.  Doors open from 10am to 5pm and, remember,  admission is free.

Please note that all under-16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
